PASS QUEST Chainring Spider1. Two Design OptionsChoose between two chainring spider designs: round AERO-style and star-shaped. The specially designed spider geometry creates a smooth transition between the spider and the chainrings and is designed for compatible double-chainring setups. 2. Precision CNC-Machined ConstructionEach spider is precision CNC-machined from solid 7075-T651 aluminum alloy, combining precise manufacturing with a carefully engineered structure. 3. Lightweight DesignExtensive material removal and carefully machined chamfers on the reverse side help reduce weight while maintaining structural integrity. 4. Refined Matte Anodized FinishAchieving a consistent anodized finish on 7075 aluminum alloy requires careful surface preparation and process control. Through repeated prototyping and finish refinement, we developed a matte anodized surface with a refined texture and understated appearance. 5. Countersunk Mounting DesignThe countersunk design is intended to provide a close fit between the mounting screws and the chainrings, supporting straightforward installation and helping reduce unwanted noise when properly assembled. Important NoteMounting screws are not included with the 110 BCD chainring spider. Please ensure that you have the correct screws for your specific installation before ordering. |

This is the new equipment for professional road bikers, track bikers, and time trial riders.
We designed and manufactured a 5mm thick narrow-wide chainring, increasing lateral stiffness and featuring a high bracket density. It weighs about the same as a carbon fiber chainring with the same number of teeth, but is much stiffer, making it suitable for riders with higher power output.
Our single-speed chainring has also been optimized and upgraded.
