• In response to our fans' enthusiasm—and their desire for a wider variety of colors and patterns—we conducted extensive testing and ultimately selected an inkjet printing system.
• This is no ordinary printer in the traditional sense; our equipment stands apart, excelling in color reproduction, line precision, and overall texture.
• The cross-cut test is one of the most widely used methods in the industrial sector for assessing coating adhesion, employed to verify bond strength.
• Since UV printers cure ink using ultraviolet light—causing it to physically adhere to the surface of the chainring—they are, by nature, unable to match the durability of paint or laser engraving.
• To meet our standards and enhance durability. We spent several months conducting numerous cross-hatch adhesion tests. We continuously produced samples and performed repeated calibrations. Until we were able to present the very best test results to you.
• We’ve clad our aluminum alloy bicycle chainrings in a "carbon fiber skin," giving you the rigidity of aluminum combined with the aesthetic appeal of carbon fiber. Now, you can get the head-turning allure of carbon fiber—at the price of an aluminum alloy chainring.
• Purchase Notes:
  1. We guarantee that upon shipment, the graphic design will be intact, free of bubbles, and show no signs of peeling. The design has successfully passed the cross-cut adhesion test (referencing the international standard ISO 2409).
  2. Bicycle chainrings are high-strength, high-wear drivetrain components; during riding, it is inevitable that the surface of the graphic will be subjected to impacts and scratches from splashing grit, stones, or hard objects. There is also a possibility of exposure to chemicals such as potent degreasers, chain oils, or solvents.
  3. Should the aforementioned circumstances result in scratches, localized peeling, fading, or abrasion of the design, this is considered a normal occurrence. It does not constitute a product defect, and we do not offer after-sales support for such issues.
• Regarding After-Sales Service:
  1. For custom-made items, products requiring special processing, or items that cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  2. To ensure you enjoy the best possible shopping and riding experience, we strongly recommend that you verify the specific product model before placing an order. If you are unsure which product is compatible with your bicycle, please be sure to contact our customer service team; they will promptly recommend the appropriate product for you.
  3. Our customization lead time is 3 days. Orders will be shipped only after this 3-day period has elapsed. This is because, once the design has been printed, the item must be left to rest for a period of time to allow the graphic to stabilize and set firmly before it is shipped out.
• Once production has begun, the design cannot be changed! Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled, nor are refunds available.
• Customized products are non-returnable and ineligible for exchange!!
• In the future, we will support custom designs based on customers' original artwork, allowing us to create personalized chainrings that are truly unique to each individual.
