PASS QUEST NARROW WIDE CHAINRING

  • The 104BCD chainring guard is CNC-milled from 7075 aluminum plate. It features a hollowed-out design that minimizes weight while ensuring structural integrity. The guard sits slightly higher than the tips of the chainring teeth; in addition to protecting the teeth, it also serves to stabilize the chain. It is ideally suited for riders who perform technical maneuvers.
  • Chainring Protection: As the name suggests, its purpose is to protect the chainring. The guard plate sits slightly higher than the tips of the teeth; while safeguarding the teeth, it also serves to stabilize the chain.

  • Chamfered Stripes: To optimize both the weight and rigidity of the chainring, we have adopted a hollowed-out design. To enhance its aesthetic appeal and create a sense of three-dimensionality, the edges of the chainring teeth have been finished with a 7-degree chamfer.
  • Countersunk Structure: Precise positioning increases the contact area with the chainring, resulting in a cleaner installation aesthetic and effectively reducing extraneous noise.
  • Chainring Strength: We have engineered the chainring to a thickness of 5mm. While ensuring structural integrity, our aim is also to provide riders with a lighter-weight experience.
  • Complimentary Chainring Bolts: We provide extended silver steel bolts—10mm extended double-chainring bolts—to effectively prevent loosening and minimize unwanted noise.

  • We provide standard screws free of charge.
    Locking torque: 6-8 N·M
