Designed for compatible Shimano cranksets and selected 110 BCD power-meter or spider systems, each set is customized according to your crankset model, mounting interface, and preferred tooth combination.

4. Matched 2x Chainring Set

The two chainrings are precision-matched as an original PASS QUEST set to provide coordinated shifting performance.

Important: Both chainrings must be used together as the original PASS QUEST matched pair. Do not mix different brands or combine chainrings with incompatible tooth combinations. Doing so may result in poor shifting performance or unreliable gear changes.

For optimal performance, always use the complete original PASS QUEST 2x chainring set.

To ensure your custom chainring set is manufactured correctly, please provide the following information:

1. Crankset Model: For example, Shimano R9200, R8100, or other compatible models.

2. Mounting Interface: Shimano crankset, 110 BCD power meter, or spider.

3. Custom Pattern: Checkerboard or Devil Smiley.

4. Outer Chainring Tooth Count: Your preferred large chainring size.

5. Inner Chainring Tooth Count: Your preferred small chainring size.

Please include your confirmed customization requirements in the order notes when placing your order.

Orders placed without prior confirmation may be delayed or may not be suitable for your crankset.

Customization Lead Time

Please note: The Devil Smiley design may require a longer customization lead time.

If this design is out of stock, production will need to be scheduled accordingly. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the estimated availability and lead time before ordering.

Mounting Bolts and Installation

Standard mounting bolts are provided free of charge.

Specified Tightening Torque: 6–8 N·m

Excessive tightening torque may damage the bolts or mounting components. Please follow the appropriate installation instructions and confirm the recommended torque for your specific setup.

  2. Align the positioning point on the small chainring directly beneath the crank arm.
  3. Align the countersunk holes with the chainring bolts to complete the installation.
