Please check your crankset model and chainring profile before ordering.

2. Precision CNC-Machined Construction
Machined from a solid aluminum alloy plate using precision CNC milling, the chainrings feature a carefully thinned and chamfered design that helps reduce weight while maintaining structural strength.
Compared with the previous series, the redesigned chainrings weigh over 10 g less.
The matched double chainring set is designed to deliver smooth shifting, efficient climbing, and responsive power transfer across a variety of road conditions.
3. Optimized Design for Smooth Shifting
The optimized chainring structure and tooth profiles are designed to promote smooth gear changes and consistent chain engagement, helping reduce chain noise and the risk of chain drops.
4. Versatile Gear Ratios for Different Riding Conditions
Paired with a compatible cassette featuring multiple sprocket sizes, the double chainring system offers a wide range of gear ratios.
This allows riders to select suitable gearing for climbing, flat roads, and fast-paced riding, helping maintain efficient pedaling across different terrain.
5. Specially Designed Chainring Pins
Precisely positioned chainring pins help guide the chain during shifts between the two chainrings, promoting smoother and more consistent front shifting.
6. Use as a Matched Pair
PASS QUEST double chainrings are engineered as a matched set.
For optimal shifting performance, use the original PASS QUEST large and small chainrings together. Mixing chainrings from different brands or combining incompatible tooth counts may compromise shifting performance.
7. Chainring Bolts and Tightening Torque
Standard mounting bolts are provided at no additional charge.
Recommended tightening torque: 6–8 N·m
Do not exceed the specified torque, as excessive tightening may damage the bolts or mounting components.
Always follow the applicable crankset manufacturer's installation instructions.
8. Installation Instructions
-
Position the pin on the large chainring directly beneath the crank arm.
-
Align the positioning mark on the small chainring directly beneath the crank arm.
-
Align the countersunk holes with the chainring mounting bolts.
-
Tighten the bolts evenly to the specified torque.
Check the chainring alignment and shifting function before riding.
