PASS QUEST Narrow-Wide Chainring – Custom UV-Printed Designs
Make Your Bike Uniquely Yours
More and more cyclists are personalizing their bikes to reflect their individual style. PASS QUEST makes it possible to stand out with custom chainring colors and patterns.
To bring these designs to life, we conducted extensive testing and selected UV printing technology for its color reproduction, fine detail, and attractive surface finish.
Our UV printing system allows us to create detailed patterns and distinctive designs on aluminum alloy chainrings, giving riders more ways to personalize their bikes.
Why Choose Our Custom-Printed Chainrings?
1. Detailed Patterns and Vibrant Colors
Our UV printing process delivers detailed graphics, crisp lines, and rich colors, helping bring custom designs to life on the chainring surface.
2. Tested for Print Adhesion
We spent months refining our printing process through repeated sampling, calibration, and cross-cut adhesion testing.
The cross-cut adhesion test is a commonly used method for evaluating the adhesion of coatings to a substrate. Where applicable, testing can be conducted with reference to ISO 2409.
3. Aluminum Strength Meets Carbon Fiber Style
Give your bike the distinctive look of carbon fiber without replacing your aluminum alloy chainring with a carbon fiber component.
Our custom-printed chainrings combine an aluminum alloy base with a carbon fiber-inspired pattern, offering a distinctive appearance while retaining the underlying aluminum construction.
Please note: The carbon fiber pattern is a printed visual effect. The chainring is made from aluminum alloy, not carbon fiber.
Important Notes About Printed Designs
1. Quality Inspection Before Shipping
Each custom-printed chainring is inspected before shipment. We aim to ensure that the printed design is intact and free from visible bubbles or peeling at the time of dispatch.
Our printing process has undergone cross-cut adhesion testing. Test results and any reference to ISO 2409 should be understood in accordance with the actual test method and documented results.
2. Understand the Limitations of UV Printing
Bicycle chainrings are exposed to demanding conditions during riding. Flying grit, stones, impacts, friction, and contact with aggressive degreasers or solvents may scratch, wear, fade, or damage the printed design over time.
Although we work to improve print adhesion and durability, the printed surface may not withstand every condition encountered during riding and maintenance.
To help preserve the design, avoid unnecessary abrasion and use cleaning products that are suitable for the chainring and its printed finish.
If you notice damage to the printed surface, please contact our customer service team so we can assess the issue.
Customization and Order Policy
1. Confirm Compatibility Before Ordering
Please verify your crankset model, chainring specifications, color, and desired pattern before placing your order.
If you are unsure which chainring is compatible with your bicycle, contact our customer service team for assistance before ordering.
2. Customization Lead Time: 3 Days
Custom printing requires approximately 3 days of processing time before shipment.
After printing, the product is allowed to rest so the printed finish can stabilize before dispatch. Please factor this processing time into your delivery expectations.
3. Design Approval and Changes
Please carefully review your customization requirements before production begins.
Once production has started, changes to the custom design may no longer be possible. If you need to modify your design or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation, refund, or return request will be handled in accordance with our applicable policy and relevant consumer protection laws.
4. Returns and Exchanges for Customized Products
Because customized chainrings are made to order, returns or exchanges for a change of mind may be restricted, subject to applicable law.
This policy does not exclude any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that may apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming products.
Looking Ahead: Your Own Custom Artwork
We aim to expand our customization options to support customer-supplied artwork, allowing cyclists to create chainring designs that reflect their own ideas and personal style.
